The first segment that I paid attention to was “Conservatorships and Britney Spears”, with congressman Matt Gaetz and former governor Mike Huckabee as the commentors-with-no-skin-in-the-game-except-campaign-donations.
There are two edges to this argument. Edge 1: Britney Spears needs to be protected from unscrupulous management people who would use her image and her skills to make themselves rich; Edge 2: The people that are exploiting her are her parents. Which stipulates the abuse and reduces the argument to “who-best-to-preserve?”
Edge 3: ? Something less time consuming?
Then a segment with a black police chief so radically off message that Shannon had to reiterate the station’s talking points for 90 seconds.
Then –
Major, “the first shelter dog to live in the White House.”
“They are super cute,” Shannon Bream.
Is this a kinder, gentler America?
Bounce Pet Hair ad, for the demographic that is too poor to afford a lint roller. Or a roll of 2” masking tape.
Tucker “wasn’t going to talk about” Meghan and Harry interviewing with Oprah*, but cleverly managed to turn it into an attack, not on Meghan, but on Michelle and Hillary.
Then he goes off on Taylor Lorenz (note to self: Look up Taylor Lorenz) as an archetype of a conservative victimized by cancel culture? I lost track of his point. The powerful as victims? The purpose of a ruling class? “As they loot the country.”
[errands, edibles, Indian cuisine, IPA, bourbon. A pleasant mix!]
Some bad optics for UTLA related to social media vacation advice and in-classroom instruction talking points. Story is about 8 hrs out of date.
[I don’t see Jesus or Bible ads anywhere else except FoxNews.]

It’s over?
*He went on for over 15 minutes.
